In our real estate practice, the Law Offices of George L. Bischof advises families who are interested in leasing, buying, and selling houses and apartments, including co-operative apartments and condominiums. We also represent businesses and investors in commercial and residential transactions. Our advice includes negotiating, preparing, and reviewing purchase agreements/contracts of sale; title searches; lien searches; coordinating financial and title closing; and all other tasks necessary to effect the purchase or sale and to minimize the inherent risks in real estate transactions.
